My middle school physics teacher once said that ! His comical humor was one of the many things that made me choose physics so I must keep a record of his "saying". This is an illustration.

The forgotten

I forgot to put this friendly chap on.
He is one of the set of drawings I did on the note book when staying in sweden.
--------
I lost a note book with 1-2 drawings I did on the air plane because I started chatting with a multi-lingual 19-year -old Norwegian who's been in the same vehicle since I left my house (the same shuttle bus and airplanes) while I am drawing. Then I left the notebook in the airport. Well, its good to have talked with him. He can speak so many languages, Scandinavian languages, English, Spanish, Cantonese, Japanese. We couldn't talk in Chinese, because I speak mandarine! And then a comical scene happened right there in the airport -- a Chinese learning how to speak Chinese (Cantonese) from a Norwegian! That was how I forgot my note book in Helsinki.

Desaster and Experiment

The bad nice-looking pen had a little desaster yesterday.
It had dropped its head (or leg?) in the ink bottle. In order to get its head out of the narrow opening of the bottle, I used 2 cotton sticks (only tools available at the time) as chopsticks to take it out without throwing the ink away. As a result, I got a lot of ink in my hand and on the desk-table.
I experimented making some drawings with cotton sticks. It was the first time I ever draw this kind of "realistic" thing. It was not bad. I will use this cotton stick "equipment" some other time.
